Absolute embarrassment

We app**** for a loan with these people 14 days ago. While in the branch we received an email saying it was successful and funds take 1 to 2 days to be paid. Only to later find that it was infact never approved even everytime they wanted new documents it has been escalated everyday twice a day and still nothing how the hell in 14 days do you not do your job it is disgusting and shows thier work ethics... Do not use this bank they dont want to assist you they just string you along. You should be ashamed that you do that to customers who are obviously in need of those funds that they app**** for and you treat them like they mean nothing. The people at the branch are wonderful and do everything they can for clients but thr head office makes them look bad even the lady we are dealing with is stund by what is happening.
