Absa incompetence

I have requested that absa bank correct my online banking so that i can reverse debit orders that should not go through. After numerous visits to the bank and phone calls i still cannot reverse a naedo debit order. It only reflects certain debit orders. I find their service very poor and ***********. Pls can i get some help as nobody at absa seem to know what they are doing!!
