I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Shedo Legode who works in your documents department. I app**** for a loan on 12/12/2018 and followed up many times via call centre, complained on social media (who just brushed me off)even visited a branch and was contacted by an agent from the documents department 2 days ago who asked me to provide the exact same info as Shedo did this morning. Shedo actually listened to me and went above and beyond to assist me to get this long outstanding application expedited.
