about to lose a job over wrongful listing!!!

as of last year i sent african bank many times all my paper work to remove the listing from my credit record. today i find out it is still there, and now i am about to be declined a job because of this. I emailed the stuff to info@blake, i emailed it to african bank directly (I have PROOF of these attempts) and everything seemed to be fine until today. If i have to lose a job over this i will be extremely angry and contact my lawyers regarding this matter. you guys think its fine to mess around with peoples lives especially when they have made the effort to meet you guys half way and send your what you need to remove the listing. please can someone call me ASAP as i either need a letter to send to the agency or a removal!!!
