ABIL pay 20mil of 300mil but you must pay full amo

I have 2 loan accounts which are in arrears due to unforeseen circumstances and reckless lending from ABIL as well. This amounts adds up to +- R180000. I informed the person on numerous occasions that I cant afford the monthly instalments and its leaves my family without food on the table if I pay the +- R5500pm. I requested that I am willing to pay R60000 to settle this accounts (which I borrowed from family) which they say it's impossible (33.3% settlement) However ABIL pays 6.7% to settle their amount off 300mil paying only 20mil. Please help me pay this amount and close off this accounts. The alternate offer I can go with is to pay a monthly combine amount of R2000 (my food money for my family) for both accounts for 4 years to settle this. Please advise how we can settle this as soon as possible so that we can part ways amicable for both parties.
