AB outdoes themselves AGAIN!

Once again, African Bank have outdone themselves in the category of SHOCKING service! I have had a loan with them and have been paying it off. I now need to settle it urgently. I cannot get anyone with authorisation to help me negotiate a settlement. I cannot even get them to return a call either to me or the branch itself!

If you read the review properly, you will see that I asked to be contacted on my cell phone AFTER 2:30. I will NOT call your call centre as that is precisely where the problem started!
