AB LEGAL COLLECTIONS / IN ARREARS
I owe African Bank nothing as all my debt with them was settled. I had one account that was sold to a 3rd party (DMC) but settled it as well. I would like to know if you can assist me with a consolidation loan or please explain to me how long this account will block my loan application at African Bank. It say AB Legal Collections/ in arears. Please tell me what to do as I owe nothing mote to African Bank

07 Mar 2023, 10:31I spoke to the Customer Services and the information that I got is that African Bank can never assist me with a loan because of the loan that was sold to a third party. Its fine. I accept this and will never try to apply for a loan any more. I owe African Bank no money so why would I be worried

Your consultants were advised by their supervisors that African Bank cannot help me for an indefinite period of time. So its okay is after this whole exercise I am back where I started. I dont understand how one person would advise me and and the next dont have a clue of the procesz
