AB LEGAL COLEECTION/IN ARREARS
I have an account with African Bank. It is a credit account which is supposed to end month end of july. I am experiencing this AB LEGAL collection blockage .. my credit score is good but I can't even assist my sister to apply for a loan for her studies.
I have even made a complaint at the bank and to be contacted in 7 days but the only thing I received is a letter with no direction. Please assist. My complaint ref number is ***.
