AB app not working or available to install

Your banking app for Android is still not available on Play Store. I was promised by AB that their IT dept would sort this out more than a week ago, but have had no reply from anyone. I have an old Samsung A@ core phone that can no longer load your updated app, but AB assured me they can look into it, please assist urgently!
