A false adverti*****t - Funeral claim not paid within 24 hours
Funeral cover with 24-hours promise pay out And promise was never kept . I claimed on the 31st and I was told, claim will be paid the next week.
All I can say is they failed. No communication, nothing until I made a follow up 36+ hours later.

I am not happy with the service received. Claim not received.
Please call me and the day you decide to call , it must be followed by an apology letter. 24 hours should be 24 hours of Claim . If other companies can do it why are you failing.
