so i have a personal loan with african bank. i get a message in 2020 that i can take a 1 month payment break. i agree but you see what they don't tell you is that you are going to pay 7 more months for that 1 month break. i really paid attention to my statement this month and i see that my term has increased by 7 months. nobody can show me where i consented to this! what a sham of a bank

I ask for the call recording and I'm told that I cannot get access to it! how so? does the call recording not constitute a contract? do I not deserve a copy on my contracts? I cannot wait to see the end of this ****** contract and never having to deal with them again! I will rather loose a kidney than get into any sort of a contract with African Bank !
