A bank or LOAN SHARK?

I am a Ubank client and since African Bank bought Ubank,I'm here forced to deal with LOAN SHARK of a financial institution. I'm on maternity leave department of Labour is taking their sweet time to pay out,I call you guys to ask for a payment break then I'm being told to let my account be in arrears because they want a payment. I'm being disadvantaged on purpose, I'm not being treated fairly at all,the first consultant I spoke to Maria Matlhape, put me on mute for only God knows how long just because she's *********** and doesn't know what is happening around her system. Manager who refused to talk to me but can be heard on the background murmuring to another consultant who hung up on me when I asked for ombudsman numbers of which you are obliged to provide.I don't know but looks like I'm stuck with nonsense for over 4 years
