7 days notice account expired ???? (only valid for 1 year)

Dear African Bank,

If a 7 days notice account expires, how is it possible that a debit order is still active (that is question 1).

Question 2 : How are interest earned calculated in Dec ? For months I got more than R100. For Dec, R20 only.

Can the investment team get back to me asap please (Urgent)
