7 day notice withdrawal did not happen

I placed a withdrawal on my 7 day notice investment that was supposed to pay on 23 March. It did not pay, when we called the investment department, I was told to wait for another 2 days.... And I have debit orders that are gonna go through in my account. I'm too sad to explain this in words.
