50% discount to settle

I would like to report african bank for not assisting or providing a settlement letter. Last year was offered 50%discount towards my loan and I told the consultant that I will raise funds to settle the account earlier 2023.i have manage to raised funds. Now, they coming with excuses.

I have previously lodged a complaint with the Bank Ombudsman regarding the reckless lending allegations and induplum.

I just want to settle the account. Please assist.
