Good day i am trying to get a paid up letter from african bank for an account which was settled in 2023 already . the paid up letter needs to state the December 2023 date when it was paid up. This request is taking way too long. no feed back received , I have to follow up all the time!!! This is ridiculous , Now have to do running around to get the account removed from Experian, something which they should have done when the account was paid up in 2023
