3rd part debt collector (Shazatype) sharing debt info with work colleagues

I am very concerned on how African Bank has been processing and sharing my personal information. During the month of April your debt collectors discussed my debt with our HR department then they pitched up at my place of work to try and force me to pay your R200 instalment (This all after I have made arrangements with African Bank to pay).

Yesterday your debt collectors phoned me to ask when my next payment will be, again I advised them that my payment will be made every month end.

Today your debt collectors (Shazatype), phoned my place of work to speak to our HR department to discuss my debt with African Bank.

What are your intentions with this? Are you trying to humiliate me by discussing my default with work colleagues? Do you want me to loose my job?
