3 Weeks waiting for loan application to be approve

Goodday, my husband app**** for a loan at African Bank in Ermelo. He submitted the application 3 time now, every time there is another excuse. First time was getting hold of his HR, second time cause of the electricity and the 3rd time because they couldn't get hold of him but when he answered when they phoned no one was speaking and you could hear people yapping in the background. Now im asking you is this really service. This is absolute BAD service. Why is there banks if they are not able to help you and taking all the time in the world. We are really disappointed! And all they tell him he has to wait for an sms.....terrible!
