3 months later and still NO feedback

3 months after my previous complaint and still i have had no feedback on my complaint. Someone called me immediately after I logged my complaint and said they would follow up and advise what was going on, yet, I still have not heard anything! So much for a complaint being resolved within 7 days.so from December to date, I am still trying to get my issue resolved. 1 – interest charges on my one loan, and insurance payment breakdown which at this point I am willing to write off, as it’s causing more stress and hassle explaining the same thing over and over. 2 - I also questioned the interest being charged on my loan which is supposed to be 27% if i am not mistaken, but my total loan repayment is more than double of what i have loaned. (So, if i loan R500, i have to pay back R1500) Please explain that to me. Not even a loan shark charges that much.
