2nd Time Round....EMPTY PROMISES

<p>Empty Promises I have taken up a loan with African Bank at the time they offered a free mtn choice 100 sim for free with R100 airtime for 24months.On the 15 June I emailed Gigital Planet and were told that they could not get hold of me and that they would order a replacement sim card for me and that they will be in contact to arrange delivery.</p> <p>On the 11 July I emailed Digital Planet and Thumeka responded that she is sorry for not getting back to me but she has made an urgent request for the replacement order. I emailed Digital Palnet again and on the 25th July got an email from Thumaka that the promotion has ended and that I cannot get the sim card anymore.</p> <p>This is pathetic after all the correspondence received that a replacement order has been requested twice.</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted your call centre and no one could assist...you are certainly not holding up to your promises....so why not give me R2400 of my loan or a gift card, in essense I did not get the sim card.....so who is benefiting here?</p>
