222% interest ******* billing *****

I phoned african bank to debit all outstanding money from my account for my personal loan and to close my account. They sent me an sms to confirm the amount and date that they then deducted from my account. The following month an amount of R222 was deducted from my account. When i phoned them about it they said that i owed them R1. And that R222 is interest on that R1. Seeing that THEY smsd me the amount and that THEY deducted the amount from my account THEY made an R1 error and now i must pay 222% interest on african banks incompotent staff errors. still have not received any joy regarding this issue!
