2009 loan for account number ******7002/7003

I had a loan account in 2009 and according to my knowledge this account was paid up. Now I recieve statements reflecting two separate loan accounts of the same amount. I am not aware of any monies owing to your bank. I phoned your call centre and I was sent back and forth. Please resolve this matter ASAP
