1.Debit order date and 2. loan term.

After numerous calls and emails to have my debit order date changed,few months later and I'm not assisted.My second dilemma is why my loan term has been extended with 18months after taking 3 payments holiday during covid. Loan was made Dec 2019 end date was Dec 2025,after taking 3 payment breaks loan term is extended to August 2027, other than the payment breaks loan was and still are paid on time.
