13 Traumatizing Years

I lodged a complaint about African Bank. In reply they proposed I go to a branch to allow them to check my account. I went to a branch on 25 Jan '23 during which we called their HQ. I am to date 27 Jan' 23 waiting on the courtesy of their reply. Over a period of 13 Years they alledge I still owe large amounts. They fail to send statements, put a default listing against you after 13 Years BUT FAIL TO RESPOND WITH STATEMENTS.
