100% interest - how the hell am i supposed to pay it off

African bank issued me with 3 loans in a space of 4 months which became impossible to pay-off as i had just started a new job and was not earning much at the time. i was eventually retrenched when I contacted them to inform them of my retrenchment, they kept claiming they did not receive the retrenchment letter that I sent to them and kept telling me to resend it. I remained unemployed for 2 full years and when I finally found employment, i contacted them ti make repayment arrangements and they have increased each of the original amounts by 100%. This is putting me in an impossible situation and they refuse to help.
