10 Year Punishment

I was a client of. AFRICAN Bank 10 Years ago. To date they are still listed on my profile. Even though my Attorney settled the debt and they received notice that I lost my job during Covid. I can not rebuild my life after Covid because of this burden. I am at a loss for words after 10 YEARS.
