10 Swipe Reward program

Very upset i keep on sending e-mail on the 10 swipe reward program i cant use it i have 3 vouchers already and i cant do anything with it two i received the voucher it cant be used by shop rite one i converted into cash has also not received it.

I requested to convert the other two into cash but i am not getting joy if i respond on mail i just get ignored after they tell me the voucher is valid i am saying again i am not saying the voucher is not valid i am saying i cant use it at Shop rite.

So my conclusion is either i am the stupid or Shop rite is.

So thanks for a reward program that cant be used.

It is so nice to get it and cant do anything with it.
