10 days of waiting

5th of may credit card limit increase application was done over online services, they asked me to come in for fingerprints which took 3 hours to complete the next day with Ayanda, since then no one calls me to let me know what is happening, i am the one constantly calling and everyday i am told that it will be processed by the next day, <br> it has already been 10 days and i dont even know what is going on, no one can give me answers.
