1 week to review documents

I am disappointed with African Bank. I have a pending application from the 29th of March where I submitted my documents and was told now under review. Does it take a whole week to review documents? And why does your system say we will get back to you shortly? Shortly is a matter of minutes not days. Please improve your services and do not give clients unrealistic expectations. If you need a week to review say so, dont say you will get back to me shortly and then spend a week reviewing. My last application was handled professionally and I had atimely response, This is disappointing
