1 week and not approved yet?

went to african bank cape gate branch to open a credit card account,spoke to jan and got everything sorted and all the documents signed,he even gave my credit card,and told me that it would take 48hours for the money to be in my credit card,it has been a week already,and i am very ungappy with thos service,everytime i phone him he told me my application is at head office,now i know this isnt his fault but head office should really begin to do their job right,the first excuse was it will take longer because they have to do some checks to confirm that i am employed at my job,and alot of bull****. . . . i am a first time african bank customer and this is very bad service. . . . .and the best part is i know they contacted my boss and his a ccountant to confirm my employment the day after i app**** . . . . . so whats your excuse gona be this time?
