<p><br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mar 14, 2017<br />2 days ago<br />African Bank<br />2.0<br />Financial Services<br /> <br />Bad<br />by josephMa 4<br />On 26/july my account was written off and given proof then almost a year later grt call from lawyers telling me i owe R400 cause was handed over ?my question what was handed over while dont have any acc with african bank.So i ask them send proof as i received proof from African bank that dont have any business with them written off dont owe them .So how does this work am so ****ed that even the lawyers or so called clerk they not sure of what tell me saying they took back african bank.what type of business is that that if owed why didnt they tell a year ago wait for now its R400 but have problem is how african bank will do things<br /><br />josephMa rep****:<br />Mar 15, 2017<br />1 day ago<br />thank you for getting back to me African bank but my problem has not being resolved as yet i called in this morning on ********** 011 was told my acc is on zero, but when i called so called legal/lawyers that i was handed over to while dont have any debt with you. Could answer but say i owe you but they cant send proof since yesterday saying will send but up to now nothing?</p> <p> </p> <p>so i sense problem where if its not resolved will rather take it ombudsman.<br /> <br />josephMa rep****:<br />Mar 16, 2017<br />20 hours ago<br />This alliance call centre acting on behalf of flemix attorney is starting to irriate me maybe should take this matter ombudsman because i dont owe african anything their number is ********** . </p> <p>African bank tell me dont owe anythin busy telling me i owe them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I still havent being assisted because african bank tells me dnt owe them but this flemix and associates inc say owe them acting on behalf of african bank. ********** i am really up to here now.</p> <p> </p> <p>Will take this matter ombudsman rather.</p>
