Lost Zebra skin

I handed in a Zebra skin, to be tanned, with the supplier in January 2014. Several attempts were made to collect the skin. I visited their offices three times and was promised to be called back, no such call was ever received. the supplier does not know where the skin is and is avoiding contacting me.
