Very bad service and no one to take acciuntability

I app**** for a cellphone contract in August 2021,i paid an activation fee and the 1st instalment of 899 upront,which is 899 × 2 in the first month beforw a fone could be despatched to me. The foolwing month another deduction of 899 went iff and when i enquired why cos i havent received my package,i was told the fones were out of stock and the company will no longer have them in stock,was promised my refund in 90 days. To this day,i still havent received my refund and when i call to ask whats yhe hold uo,i get sent fron pillar to post ........the service is so bad that they take peoples miney and then no obe is willing to account
