This company is *****ulent trying to obtain my card details and forcing me to become a member at a cost which they promise to refund in order to remove a recently Found a Post on this website claiming that my company Pterano is not legit, false accusations about my company stating that we are impersonating another company and Infringing on POPIA. I attempted to use the contact agent on their website which then prompts me to enter my card details to resolve the query and remove the false accusation, holding me ransom that if I don’t become a member in their site and join their lawyers it can’t and won’t be resolved. I have a legal contract in place with the mentioned company and this makes their statements false, they retrieved my information from some site that provides company info because the information listed is old and outdated, they made no attempt to contact me to verify the false claim and the author is a user that cannot be identified which makes no sense. They are *****sters trying to hold companies hostage to obtain details and this is ******* what they are doing , they also try to get information out of you which you could voluntarily give because it sound like the agent is trying to help until they push you to a site requiring your card details and confirmation of a membership and claim that the money is fully refundable but they need a secure site to assist which is nonsense it’s an attempt to trick people into giving information and card details. Be careful of falling for this. I will be sending this information to my lawyers to get to the bottom of this so that they can remove their false listing and false accusations. Any method you try to resolve on their site request membership registration at a fee. There is no way of contacting them, no phone numbers or emails, their contact is linked to CHIBA attorneys
