Why not to buy from Africabuy online store.
<div>I ordered a small keyboard which was confirmed 24 May 2019. It is now 25 July 2019 and I still don't know when or how I am going to receive my order. I have communicated numerous time with ***** at ***e At some point I was told that it must have got lost and I requested that they should send another keyboard and not refund me. I am getting the feeling that this is a **** and that I will never receive my order. This has been the only online store that I have not received what I have ordered within a reasonable time frame (2 months a bit of a stretch). I can only suggest that you don't purchase anything from this online store. If I do receive my keyboard I will happily retract my comments. Charles</div>

04 Sept 2019, 09:01In August 2019 I realised that Africabuy did not have the keyboard and were unlikely to get one anytime soon. I suspected that they never ever had one and that promising me it was on the way was a delay tactic. I never ever received any solid evidence that it had been sent and that their story that it has got lost was likely to be false.
Mid August 2019 I suggested that if they can not get the keyboard that they refund me and they requested that I send them my banking details which I did. I was told that I would receive the refund in the next few days.
I waited patiently. It is now the beginning of September 2019 and no refund has been received nor any communication from Africabuy relating to my refund.

At this point in time I have resigned myself to the fact that my money is gone and that Africabuy is a ****.
