Do not buy from Africa Buy Online - Zero Communication/Clarity on your order

I ordered some clothes from Africa Buy Online on the 24th of September and have as of today (5 November) received nothing.

After countless emails and trying to find out what the progress of my order is - I still have zero clarity a month and a half later! They are not communicative at all, the last thing I received from them was a confirmation email and then squat! I'm even struggling to get a refund from them. Do not buy anything from them - it is a frustrating process that is unlikely to yield results.
