DO NOT BUY!

I ordered from them the 1st week of September 2019 4 set of pajamas. I had ordered from them because their websites states “FAST DELIVERY” and which I needed the items for my birthday which was the 1st October. Mind you... i emailed them before purchasing from them asking how long does delivery take to CPT and I was told 4-7 days. Anyway after purchasing I was communicating with a person called Talent, making promises that I will be getting my order. Days went I got irritated, I found a number on the bottom of the website that I could call. Called that number, a man answered and boom it was Talent. But he told me that he doesn’t handle his emails and his not a work. To cut the story short i panic coz my birthday was the next day and my order hasn’t arrived. I then emailed them asking for refund because I no longer need the items no more, they responded telling me that the order is on the way and I will be getting it the next morning. Days went pass...got email asking me do I want a refund or should they re-ship the items because my order has been sent to the wrong address(like really now) told them I want my money back I no longer need the items. On the 11th of this month, they told me that they sent the money and it will take fews days to reflect into my account which I fully understood that. Last week I called Talent telling him that I didn’t get any money and guess what his response was “Let me see l might do ewallet for it to be quicker” meaning the money was send into my account at the first place, waited once again(days went pass) and he again said too me “As soon funds clear up we will send you. Our company is regestered in United kingdom it takes some time for funds to clear from HSBC to our local banks”. Till today which is the 25th October 2019 I haven’t got back my money. Do not buy from these people it’s either they are a **** or giving their customers false information and adverti*****t of the items on their website!!
