Africabuy poor service delivery and no response when cornered!!!
Very bad experience with Africabuy, I bought 2 items from them pant and a dress on the 25th of June 2019.
Delivery within 12 working days. I only received my first item in August. I still have not received my dress. I have emailed them more than twice already asking about where my second item is and Talet responded stating that partial deliveries is delivered with in 5 days of each other. Almost a month now and i have yet received my second item! I have requested a refund as the function i wanted the dress for is already over. and i did not have the dress. And still no feedback or response from Africabuy after numerous emails!
I just want a refund PLEASE.
