Totally unhappy

These guys are totally useless. After sending them the VIN number of the vehicle, they still git the parts wrong. Refunded me the money for the parts only, not the courier cost...send them a message saying "I didn't send the wrong parts to myself". They're ignoring me. Guess I'll never see my courier money!! Stay away from them if you don't want to be irritated. Guess the good reviews here are dine by friends and/or themselves!!!!!!

Hi Hennie,

Thank you for reaching out and expressing your disappointment. I’d like to apologize from our entire team - despite our best effort, there are cases where part supply can be wrong. There’s many variations and types, the VIN doesn’t always disclose those details.

Regarding the shipping fee, it is standard that this fee is not refunded. From our side, we cover the return fee as well as the replacement courier fee (if the correct part is available).

Despite policy, we value our customers dearly and always do our best to accommodate. We appreciate you reaching out and allowing us the opportunity - Management will be in touch with you tomorrow morning to find a resolution.

On your final point, that’s just not true. We have thousands of happy customers and they speak for themselves.

I ordered parts for a Suzuki Alto, on the packaging of the parts I received, was printed "Toyota Corolla". When i informed you the parts were faulty, you offered to send the correct parts but it was R400 more expensive but the Agents! So basically I paid R180 (courier cost) for your mistake!!
Sorry friend, you cannot defend this one...

Many Toyota parts fit on Suzuki vehicles, so that explains the packaging difference. Will follow up tomorrow, as you initially stated they were incorrect and now explain they were faulty.

We will revert back to you in the morning and get this resolved.

Faulty, meaning it was the wrong parts, thus a fault on your side by sending the wrong parts. Wouldn't have fitted in the vehicle (boot shocks that was far too long).
Originally you send the wrong parts despite the fact that you had the VIN number. When this was indicate to you, magically you could get the right parts...but at an exorbitant price. Perhaps you should rather check the WhatsApp messages between us!
Will never do business with you again, nor can I recommend anyone to do business with you!! Cheers...
