I received a wrong p...
I received a wrong product same day I need a complain and I have work to do with the car which is taking them more long to assist me with the right product I send them my V number and engine number which made it more difficult for me to understand how could be give me a wrong product

We always use the VIN and engine number to supply the correct part, but in this case, there are multiple types and unfortunately didn't get a sample from you to confirm (which we should have asked for).
Our team has already been in contact with you to arrange the correct throttle body, and we’ll make sure you’re assisted as quickly as possible so your vehicle is back on the road. We have offered an original second hand replacement for your Hitachi Type.
