I ordered tie rod en...
I ordered tie rod end and rack end, left and right at AFRICA Boyz online for my renult triter 2022 model for R2500 ,on the 20/02/2025 and received them on the 21/02/2025 and installed them on the 26/02/2025 , before I installed my tie rod end and rack ends I inspected them by moving the bushes and they where moving moving but not that much ,I thought maybe it's how they made them ,and I gave my mechanic to install them before 2 months those tie rod end and rack ends where finished ,the bushes where moving and the inner rack end was too was moving making noise on my car , when the mechanic inspected the tie rod end and rack ends, he told me that they where finished, because they where doing a play ,which means the quality that africa boys spares gave me is poor but their part's are too expensive ,my 2500 is gone like tht thinking am buying quality but not,😏
Thank you for taking the time and leaving your feedback. We are sad to hear that you've had this experience.
We have already spoken to you on WhatsApp and have offered several solutions to the issue. Will attach the same message here:
"If you'd like us to open up a claim for a replacement, we require a diagnostic report from the fitment centre who fitted these components as well as an explanation of the issue.
We will then have to get the parts back to our facility, with the report and will submit to our claims department and the manufacturers for assessment. Once they reach a verdict, you will either be replaced or the parts will be sent back to you if found to be neglegance or incorrect fitment."
This is how all defective/faulty claims are resolved. This was said to you on the 15th of April, and we are yet to get a response from you.
When you have the neccessary paperwork & evidence, we can assist as soon as possible!

Our RFC Department can confirm that the client tried to forceable remove the rack end with a ***** driver and hammer - leaving pieces of the rack end damaged and clear indication of incorrect installation/removal.
This is neglegance on your behalf and no indication of lack of quality parts supp****.
Thank you for your feedback - I have also updated you on WhatsApp. Wish you safe travels ahead!

* As I have returned the africaboyz online product which is the tie rod ends left and right on the 07 may 2025. costing R2500 they rep**** me telling me that I damaged the tie rods by trying to remove them with hammer and ***** driver which tht is impossible for a person to try removing the rack end with those things, that is a story coming from their RFC department as they mentioned. That rack end and tie rods where finished faster within 2 months since I used them ,so I bought new ones from another dealer and installed them ,when started reporting this case from them ,the tie rods and rackends that are finished faster but not damaged, At the workshop when they where trying to remove the rack end with their tool it was stiff, so they used another tool which is the( shifting tool) fosting the rack end to come out, until it came out.. So wat africaboyz online is telling me is unexcuse of not giving me an exchange of the new product. Instead of finding a solution they coming with excuses, that are not making sense.
