11 May 2026, 12:15Good day, I am aware that I purchased In January. I am a customer with no knowledge of parts and if I come buy something from you I trust your opinion since you know about parts. I am not trying to fighting or being difficult but I haven’t been financially stable as I have been retrenched at work still unemployed. I only managed to get someone to fit the lamp now as I only got money now, and if I trusted your opinion and took your part and again I did ask if you sure this part will fit? You stated yes hence now i am returning to you since I’m not sure what to do now and I need these lamps. What should I do with parts I won’t be able to use but need them?

After reviewing the matter, the parts in question were purchased and delivered more than 3 months ago. As per our Returns & Refunds Policy, any incorrect-item claims or returns need to be reported within 7 days of delivery so that we can investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
Unfortunately, after such an extended period of time, we are unable to accept the parts back or process a return/refund, as we cannot verify fitment, handling, storage conditions, or whether the items were installed or used during that time.
That being said, we have still attempted to assist in good faith by offering discounted pricing on the correct replacement units to help resolve the situation as affordably as possible.
We always aim to assist our customers fairly and transparently, while also applying the same policies consistently across all orders.
