I AM A HAPPY CUSTOMER
I would like to commend the professionalism in the manner in which AfricaBoyz Online CEO; Dustin dealt with my complaint. Few day ago I wrote a negative review about the experience that I had with the company but today I am happy to say that all the negativity that I had about the company was completely erased. Dustin swiftly attended to my complaint and apologized for the misunderstanding that occurred. He arranged for the said part that I complained about; for it to be collected from my place and also refunded me even though he mentioned that the part was already damaged but he still accepted it. I must say that I am indeed a happy customer and I will still use and recommend their services to others as well in future and going forward. Indeed what he said to me was evident when he said: "keeping our customers happy is always our priority" AfricaBoyz I am still your customer and my next purchase of auto parts comes to you again.
