Hi VikDee,

Management has reviewed your full conversation and the timeline of events. One of the parts was identified as incorrect on Monday, and the return was immediately arranged at our cost. The returned unit was received by us on Wednesday afternoon.

A replacement was dispatched on Thursday. Although sent via economy service, Durban–Johannesburg deliveries take one working day on both economy and overnight services, and the parcel is therefore scheduled to reach you tomorrow.

We would like to clarify that we did take full responsibility for the issue by covering the return courier as well as all replacement costs. Unfortunately, we did not receive any reference images prior to the original order, and there are multiple variants of this concentric slave cylinder, which is what led to the mismatch.

While we regret the inconvenience caused, mistakes can occur in complex parts sourcing, and we acted promptly to resolve the matter once it was brought to our attention.

We remain committed to assisting our customers fairly and efficiently and are disappointed that this experience is being portrayed as a refusal to take responsibility, despite the corrective actions taken.

Just for reference my first encounter with your team was great, I just dont like when people don’t own up for their mistakes and try shift blame.
