From quotation I got all the help I need, after online payment on the 28 August was requested email for delivery communication guess what ??? Today is the 30 August I got my order 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻 online shopping for a car part has never been this easy

02 Sept 2024, 11:26Buying is easy buy returning is a night mare the part was delivered on Friday Sunday went to mechanic to change the part the car started cracking and releasing black smoke, the car was even cutting when driving it. Today when I want to log a return I must now go and diagnose the part to prove is faulty. Funny enough the part never came with a diagnostic report to prove is not faulty. I am so disappointed on how you not following on the terms and conditions you made for your returns

A diagnostic report is required for any defective or faulty claims - this will allow us to properly determine the issue at hand and can then resolve ASAP. This report will also eliminate any external factors that could be causing this part to fail.
There may be underlying issues at hand causing your vehicle to release black smoke (and this could have also caused your previous injectors to fail - resulting in you requiring new ones).
As soon as we can get a report, our team is ready and waiting to resolve this matter as quickly as possible!
