Poor service delivery - African Truck Sales/ Car Movers SA

<p>Africa Truck Sales / www.carmovers-sa.co.za with offices in Pretoria and Kuilsriver Cape Town, were paid R3990.00 to deliver my vehicle from Gauteng. I received a call from my daughter in Gauteng who had arranged the move, that I could collect the vehicle as it had arrived in Cape Town. I queried the fact that it was a Public Holiday June 16th and she confirmed that Martin from Pretoria offices had called her and that the vehicle was ready for collection in CT. I hired a driver at considerable cost and drove 34 km to collect the car. The staff were not helpful and uninformed. The keys have been misplaced (says worker) and I had to leave without car. Now Martin says that the keys are locked in the office in Kuilsriver. I was told this morning that the vehicle keys will only be available on Monday. There is nothing more that can be done. I smell BS. The vehicle was to be used this weekend.</p>
