Resurfacing of Tennis Courts

We accept a quote for resurfacing of 3 courts. They said there are going to be 3 layers for slurry and 3 layers for paint. After 2 week the one court already show cracks coming thru the paint. They guarantee is 3 years. You don't get hold of them and they don't replay on messages for appointments.
