Africa water tank

I have received very bad treatment from Africa Tanks since November 2023, I have reported my claim regarding my damaged tank to them and they have failed to assist me. They fail to communicate, I have to always be the one to follow which also seems fruitless. I have requested a written documents from them to no avail.
