Zanzibar - Not what i was sold

The garden rooms were bushes outside. Sewer overflow in corridor. Fell ill and my agent never contacted me although my friend from SA asked her to. its now 14 days. Doesnt want to assist with refund / insurance claim on prebooked tour that i was unable to do due to 2 days bedrest ( doctors orders )

Janita at Africastay and he team dont care about after sales service. I emailed Janita,Trevor,res1, ops. all just ignored. The tour operators in Zanzibar are rude and absolutely no service. Very unprofessional in SA and Zanzibar. Rather pay a bit more with another Leisure consultant for better service.
