Wonderful experience

After a bit of a downer with a technical issue on their backend, Janine was VERY helpful in issuing a refund (not yet received, will update) within the day and assisting me on a new quote on available dates for the package. I am optimistic that Janine and her manager will come through for me! So far they've been wonderful and I would highly recommend them.
